Also, Koreans are thirsty for foreign cultures. Korea has had a structure where it has no choice but to love the US and overseas in a geopolitical and historically secure manner. So, even Koreans must study English desperately. At that time or now... Fortunately, SKYMOM's curiosity and interest in English pierced the sky and covered the earth. From a very young age, I was interested in children's books and biography, novels . So, it may be a natural step to have a sincere interest in the language of another country. This is because SKYMOM’s generation is the generation who learned Chinese characters since childhood. But it turned out that I had an obsession that I had to study English and math as long as I sat down. It must be because it was a shadow that followed like a ghost. The teachers always told me that the key to success in the entrance exam of prestigious universities is in English and math. School times were allocated mainly for English math lectures.
